Schedule
Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm (plus overtime opportunities; mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs).
Pay
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
- Buffing, touch‑up, paint mixing, and airbrush
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and pay progression
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions subject to an MVR check)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments
