About the role

The Painter at BMW of Wilmington, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, refinishes damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership quality specifications and time standards.

Responsibilities

  • Refinish damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership quality specifications and time standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
  • Report any deviations to management immediately.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in automotive painting preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Proficiency in automotive painting techniques.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols.
