About the role
Join our growing team as a Paint Technician and start a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential. This position is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn more as you perform. First-year earning potential ranges from $50,000 to $75,000, with long-term potential reaching $70,000 to $150,000+.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
- Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
- Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
- Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay
Starting compensation is expected to be $50,000–$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Schedule
This role involves travel to customer locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Technicians work independently and manage their own schedules.
All candidates selected for an offer will undergo post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening. Technicians are required to wear a respirator as part of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.
