Responsibilities

  • Bumper and panel painting
  • Spot panel blend and clear blending
  • Paint touch-up and chip repair
  • Minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
  • Headlight reconditioning
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive paint experience
  • Willingness to work in an on-site mobile dealership environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities
  • Positive attitude

Dupont/Spies experience preferred but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment
  • Team-based work
  • Fast-paced environment
  • May require work at other nearby job sites
