Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Inspect and replace fluids, filters, and other essential components
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers about service recommendations

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
