Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Inspect and replace fluids, filters, and other essential components
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with team members and customers about service recommendations

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous automotive or lube technician experience is a plus, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
