Automotive Lube Tech

Position Overview

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform essential maintenance services while contributing to a team that values excellence, service, and community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil changes, lubrication, and fluid checks
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures
• Support team efficiency with additional maintenance tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

What You Bring

• Experience as a Lube Tech or similar role (preferred)
• Basic automotive knowledge and safety awareness
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and tools
• Use of computer systems for basic data entry
