About the role
Precision Tune Auto Care is a growing family-owned business that offers a variety of automotive services including brakes, diagnostics, engine repair, air conditioning, suspension, tires, alignment, electrical, and scheduled maintenance. We are seeking an automotive lube technician to perform essential maintenance tasks and provide technical support.Responsibilities
- Changing engine oil and performing routine maintenance inspections
- Maintaining all vehicle components such as brakes, emissions/exhaust, A/C, suspension, electrical systems, etc.
- Explaining maintenance and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including teammates and customers
- Continuously improving technical knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive technician/repair experience (ASE Certification)
- General Service Tech - Minimum of 1 year of automotive technician/repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible 5-day schedule including Saturdays
- High school degree or GED equivalent preferred
- Pass background check
- Own tools
