About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you’ll arrive each day ready to deliver excellent customer service. Customers trust your competence and integrity to keep their vehicles running smoothly. Using the training we provide, you’ll identify mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, and address customer concerns with clear communication. You’ll provide repair recommendations, labor estimates, and complete repairs efficiently. Your positive attitude and commitment to ongoing training will ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Identify mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide clear recommendations for repairs, including labor and time estimates.
• Complete repairs and replace parts as requested by customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay updated with the latest automotive knowledge and training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to perform typical automotive repair tasks, including standing for several hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
• No prior experience required—we provide full training. Previous experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay

Automotive Technicians earn a salary of up to $40,000 per year, based on experience.

Schedule

Lube Technicians work 15–40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status. Shifts include a mix of day, evening, and weekend hours during our business hours: 8 AM–7 PM Monday–Saturday and 9 AM–4 PM on Sunday. No late-night shifts.
