Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking to hire part-time and full-time Automotive Technicians to provide top-notch service at a Jiffy Lube in Pittsfield, MA. We are looking for individuals who want to learn, advance their skills, and work in a collaborative, positive environment where humor, teamwork, and laughter are encouraged.

A day in the life of a Lube Tech

• Arrive each day determined to take excellent care of customers by correctly identifying mechanical problems, providing preventative maintenance, and addressing customer concerns.
• Utilize provided training to give recommendations for repairs along with proper labor and time estimates.
• Make repairs and replace parts as requested.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current with the latest knowledge and training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles, including the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• No experience required—we will teach you everything you need to know; any previous experience is a plus
• Excellent mechanical skills and the drive to problem-solve
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
