Automotive Lot Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vehicle inventory control, ensuring physical inventory matches digital systems (DMS/CRM).
• Establish and enforce standards for lot arrangement to support sales efficiency and brand presentation.
• Inspect newly arrived vehicles for damage against shipping manifests and ensure sold vehicles are detailed and ready for delivery.
• Cook logistics coordination, coordinating vehicle movement between sales, service, and off-site vendors.
• Maintain lot security by verifying all vehicles are locked at closing and ensuring the grounds are free of debris or hazards.
• Manage seasonal lot needs, such as snow removal and salting walkways, to maintain accessibility and manage the overall clean appearance of the lot.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must be proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to use digital inventory tools, spreadsheets (Excel), and dealership software.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
