This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

Build your career in a large-volume operation offering new, pre-owned, service, parts, collision, Quick Lane, and mobile service support. Represent a dealership where customers regularly return for future vehicle purchases and ongoing service. Be part of a Ford team using modern service options like mobile maintenance, pickup and delivery, and digital customer communication.

• Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
• Perform cleaning on vehicles, using cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g. brushes, scrapers, vacuums, solutions).
• Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore vehicle's interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
• Clean engine and engine compartments.

Requirements

• Prior detailing experience.
• Team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
