Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot
• Ensure that vehicles are properly staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards
• Perform regular inspections for cleanliness and report any issues to appropriate departments
• Provide valet services for customers visiting the dealership
• Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve their vehicles upon departure
• Offer a warm welcome to customers and assist with any questions or requests
• Aid in managing vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and availability
• All other duties assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as walking and standing
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings

About the Role

This role's main responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and providing valet services.
