We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes Company Overview, Position Summary, Pay Range, Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits (Our Crew Knows Benefits), Values etc. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We must preserve all substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe Company Overview + Position Summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications (maybe Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe not separate). Benefits (Our Crew Knows Benefits). Pay (Pay Range). Schedule (maybe not present; there is flexible work schedule mentioned under Benefits). Could include Schedule as part of Benefits? But we need a Schedule section only if posting actually states schedule specifics. It mentions "Flexible work schedule". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that detail. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Employment Eligibility, etc. Remove those. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Company Overview: Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas and employs over 22,000 teammates in North America. BSRO operates more than 2,200 company-owned stores, including Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus and Wheel Works locations. With locations across North America and more than $4.5 billion in tire and auto service sales, Bridgestone Retail Operations is the right place to build a career. Whatever role you fill, when you represent the Bridgestone name, you are a valued teammate, and part of our larger mission to Serve Society with Superior Quality. We start by offering each teammate more than just competitive pay. We provide formal training, performance incentives, paid vacation and holidays, competitive healthcare packages for full-time and part-time employees, and a 401k plan to help build towards your future. We believe people can only provide superior service and quality to others when they are allowed to bring their whole self to work and know they are supported. We believe in championing all perspectives, individuals and teams because we understand the importance of seeing the world and our business through many different lenses. So, show us what you are made of. Show us the smart stuff, the tough stuff, the bold, beautiful and brave stuff. Because who you are is what we need. Position Summary: The Lead Technician position requires your experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction. Pay Range: $21.69 - $40.08 Then description of flat-rate pay etc. Responsibilities list: - Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems. - Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals. - Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training. - Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities. - Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least five of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment. (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed) Minimum Qualifications: - Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles. - Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair - Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair - Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair - Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable. - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people. - Reading, writing and math skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of any of the following: Electrical/electronic systems, Engine repair, Engine performance, Automatic transmission/transaxle, Manual drivetrain/transmission, Automotive heating/AC - 5 years of automotive repair experience, demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications, or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program - A.S.E. certification in at least 3 of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the three – Brakes and Steering & Suspension A.S.E.s preferred) Benefits (Our Crew Knows Benefits): - Medical, Dental and Vision – Starting day 1 for all our teammates - Paid vacation and holidays - On-the-job training and company-funded ASE certifications - Flexible work schedule - 401(k) match - On demand pay (daily pay) program available Values etc maybe not needed. We also have "What We Offer" section with bullet points: supportive onboarding, opportunity to develop and grow, CSR activities, global environment, agility and work/life effectiveness, inclusive team. Could be considered Benefits or maybe separate section but we already have Benefits. Could incorporate into Benefits or maybe a separate "What We Offer" but not required headings. The instruction says use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: combine Company Overview and Position Summary (maybe also What We Offer? but that's more about benefits). We'll put Company Overview + Position Summary as prose under About the role. - Responsibilities: list as
  • . - Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications as
    • . - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications as
      • . - Skills: maybe not needed; we could skip if no specific skills section beyond qualifications. Could combine but we need to avoid empty headings. So we omit Skills if no distinct content. - Benefits: list as
        • . - Pay: include Pay Range and description of flat-rate pay as prose. - Schedule: include Flexible work schedule as prose (maybe also mention flexible work schedule under Benefits but we can still have Schedule section with that detail). However we must not duplicate content. If we put flexible schedule under Benefits, we shouldn't repeat in Schedule. But we could keep Schedule separate and mention flexible work schedule there, and maybe remove from Benefits to avoid duplication. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in both places? That would be duplication. Better to keep it only once. Since Benefits already includes flexible work schedule, we could keep it there and not have a Schedule section. But the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't require we have a Schedule section if content exists elsewhere; we can omit Schedule if we already covered it under Benefits. However the instruction list includes Schedule as a possible heading; we are not forced to use it. So we can omit Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Let's craft HTML:

          About the role

Company overview text... Position summary text...

We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Let's write About the role paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs: first company overview, second position summary. Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • ... etc
          Requirements:

          Requirements

          • ... minimum qualifications
          Qualifications:

          Qualifications

          • ... preferred qualifications
          Benefits:

          Benefits

          • ... benefits list
          Pay:

          Pay

Pay range... plus description of flat-rate pay.

We must not include any other headings. Check for any duplicated lines: ensure we don't repeat same bullet. Let's extract exact text for each. Company Overview paragraph: "Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas and employs over 22,000 teammates in North America. BSRO operates more than 2,200 company-owned stores, including Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus and Wheel Works locations. Position Summary: "The Lead Technician position requires your experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction." We can combine into one paragraph or two.
