Automotive Inventory Manager - Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all inventory from receiving to sale
• Oversee GET READY process and monitor vehicle status daily
• Cook up with:
• Sales Managers
• Service Department
• Body Shop
• Office Team
• Track:
• Incoming inventory
• Recon status
• Open repairs
• Vehicle availability
• Ensure all vehicles:
• Are properly posted
• Have complete documentation
• Are ready for sale on time
• Maintain accurate records of:
• Keys
• Vehicle location
• Monitor shipping & receiving (incoming/outgoing units)

Requirements

• Automotive dealership experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with dealerships inventory process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication across departments
