Automotive Interiors Quality Engineer

What's the Job?

Lead cross-functional activities to embed craftsmanship requirements early in product development.
Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to define vehicle-level craftsmanship targets.
Participate in development of sensory and functional quality targets, including scent, lighting, NVH, and color & trim.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance brand perception and user trust throughout the product lifecycle.
Report progress and escalate decisions to the Director of Geometric Integration as needed.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 10 years of craftsmanship engineering experience in automotive or transport industries.
  
• At least 5 years of experience leading forums and making key decisions in the industry.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  
• Extensive knowledge of visual, tactile, olfactory, auditory, and functional quality standards.

Requirements
