About the role
Mandal CDJR is seeking an experienced automotive glass technician to replace windshields and other types of auto glass.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair windshields and other auto glass components
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform high-quality installations
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers about services and costs
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Skills
- Proficiency with automotive glass installation tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
