What You’ll Be Doing

• Mount, balance, and install tires with precision and care.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and installation, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles and accurately document any findings.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shop equipment, including servicing portable fluid drains according to shop protocols.
• Actively expand automotive knowledge and technical skills to support long-term career development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations and team success.

What You'll Bring with You

• A basic understanding of automotive systems; experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and/or digital inspections are a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair is preferred, but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• The ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.
• The ability to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, family environment.
