Service Advisor Responsibilities (Express Lane)

• Schedule service appointments and manage express lane workflow
• Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service (CSI-driven)
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) accurately
• Perform quick write-ups for maintenance services (oil, brakes, tires, etc.)
• Recommend maintenance and upsell additional services
• Provide estimates for labor and parts
• Communicate service updates, timelines, and approvals
• Cook up coordination with technicians and dispatch for efficiency
• Ensure repair orders are completed and closed properly

Requirements

• 2+ years Service Advisor / Automotive Service experience
• Dealership experience required (1+ year)
• Experience in express lane / quick service environment preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
