Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Identify customer needs through effective discovery and product matching
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and features
- Guide customers through a proven sales process to successfully close deals
- Deliver vehicles and ensure full understanding of features, warranties, and paperwork
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Stay up-to-date on inventory, pricing, and competitive models
- Help customers find the right vehicle by understanding their needs
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year automotive sales experience REQUIRED
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and closing ratios
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
- Professional presence, positive attitude, coachable and team-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on retention
- Competitive and goal-oriented with a drive to be a top performer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
