Responsibilities
- Follow Snap-on’s Safety priorities and maintain a safe working environment.
- Use Rapid Continuous Improvement in day-to-day activities to increase organizational capacity.
- Repair, maintain, and install equipment in assigned territory.
- Assist Associate FST and FST employees with complex customer problems.
- Manage customers’ equipment needs during and after warranty periods.
- Sell contracts, update/upgrades, and parts in the assigned territory.
- Schedule regular site visits with customers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as obtaining onsite customer signatures, inventory management, and fleet management.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field, military training, or equivalent with 1-5 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, and strong mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of PC Hardware repair.
- Ability to gain knowledge of products serviced by Snap-on Equipment, as well as internal procedures.
- Ability to lift 45lbs and work in an environment where frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and sitting while driving is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work from home and be a self-starter.
Benefits
Commensurate with experience.
Pay
$24-27/hr plus incentive pay that averages an additional $8,000-10,000/year
Schedule
Daily travel required (occasional overnight stays)
