About the Role

Join a growing business committed to family, employee advancement, environmental protection, and community involvement. As an Automotive Driver, you will transport company vehicles, documents, supplies, and customers while supporting dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Respond to dispatch or management requests for scheduled and unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs.
• Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle at the beginning of each shift (lights, signals, tires, wipers, damage, etc.).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Complete driver sheets with passenger counts, times, mileage, and destinations.
• Treat all customers and guests courteously and professionally.
• Move vehicles within and between dealerships.
• Pick up customer vehicles and transport them back to the dealership.
• Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership.
• Perform other related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior retail experience necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work near moving mechanical parts and in a loud environment.
• Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemicals, exhaust fumes, and airborne particles.
