Responsibilities
- Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
- Promote current sales programs to clients.
- Field phone and internet inquiries.
- Work closely with sales representatives.
- Schedule sales appointments and log appointments in E-leads.
- Taking note of any special client requests.
- Conducting follow-up calls.
Requirements
- At least five years of automotive BDC experience required, must be highly proficient in setting appointments and have strong follow up skills.
- Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Experienced or trainable in various computer systems including: CDK, Infobahn, Eleads.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Must be available to work weekends.

Pay
PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000 ANNUALLY (Range consists of hourly rate + commission).
