Pay & Schedule
$28.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience), paid weekly every Friday.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light- to medium-duty fleet vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
Working Conditions
This role involves working in a mobile, outside, and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to:
- Perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
- Lift heavy objects and access tight or confined spaces
- Regularly use hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment
- Work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms
- Safely perform duties in various weather conditions
