Pay & Schedule

$28.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience), paid weekly every Friday.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light- to medium-duty fleet vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
  • Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile, outside, and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to:

  • Perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
  • Lift heavy objects and access tight or confined spaces
  • Regularly use hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment
  • Work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms
  • Safely perform duties in various weather conditions
