What you will be doing Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability problems and get to the actual root causeWork from scan data, wiring diagrams, flow charts, and factory service information rather than guessworkPerform thorough vehicle inspections and recommend the repairs the vehicle actually needsComplete repairs accurately and efficiently, to spec, every timeDocument your diagnostic path and your completed work clearly enough that the next person can follow itKeep a clean, safe, organized bay What we are looking for Real automotive diagnostic and repair experience on modern vehiclesStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Electrical is where most techs tap out. That is where we need you.Proficient with professional scan tools and diagnostic equipmentComfortable reading wiring diagrams and flow chartsWorking knowledge of computer controlled systems on today's vehiclesDetail oriented.
