About the Role

An automotive Detail supervisor ensures the proper execution of the job, managing workflow, training new hires, creating and managing team schedules, and fulfilling customer's expectations.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations and workflow within the shop.
• Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
• Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
• Coaching and developing a team of Detailers and car wash attendants.
• Oversees the day-to-day performance of employees.
• Ensure the execution of the job in a safe manner.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
