Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant

About the role

In these entry-level roles, you’ll have a number of positions to choose from:

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
• Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects

Responsibilities

• Detailing vehicles (washing, interior cleaning, exterior buffing)
• Moving vehicles between departments in Inspection Centers
• Photographing vehicles for online listings
• Inspecting vehicle interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections or defects

Requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools—must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but is not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $17/hr.

Schedule

• First shift: Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm
• All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need
