Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry‑standard protocols.
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
- Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings; locate customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; examine vehicle exterior for damage.
- Fuel and stage vehicle.
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights, windshield or tire damage; remove vehicle from prep processing as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
- Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from branches.
- Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past three years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
