Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior—including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; locate customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; examine vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage the vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights, windshield or tire damage; remove vehicle from prep processing when necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet‑shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branch
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exterior areas of the branch location
• Site‑appearance duties: clean desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms; vacuum; sweep the lot; and perform other miscellaneous cleaning tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned, including windshield rock‑chip repairs

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past five years
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in the future
• At least 18 years old
