About the role

We are seeking responsible, dedicated Automotive Detailers to join our team at our cleaning facility for Manchester Airport (15 Commerce Avenue, Londonderry, NH 03103). This full-time position leads our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, ensuring the health and safety of everyone by maintaining the highest cleanliness standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
  • Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety, and readiness:
    • Check fuel level and warning lights.
    • Inspect windshields for damage.
    • Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
    • Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found.
    • Verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
    • Check fluid levels and add as needed.
    • Inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
    • Inspect vehicle exterior for damage and report any safety concerns.
  • Fuel and stage vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
  • Assist customers as needed, including transporting them to and from branches.
  • Maintain overall site appearance, including:
    • Cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms.
    • Vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and performing other miscellaneous cleaning tasks.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

$17 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Consistent schedule:
    • Sunday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
