Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Grand Junction

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join the team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. The role involves washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles—including cars, trucks, and vans—to meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior (cars, vans, trucks).
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; locate customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights, windshield or tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, etc.).
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past five years (DWI/DUI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Pay

$18 per hour.

• Monday – 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Tuesday – 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Wednesday – OFF
• Thursday – 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Friday – 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday – OFF
• Sunday – OFF
