Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. The position is located at 745 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, NY 12061. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent‑A‑Car brands through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company offers extensive car rental, car‑sharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management and other transportation services.

Pay

Starting rate of pay is $18.00 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

• Sunday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Monday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior—including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place any valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights, windshield or tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet‑shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exterior areas of branch locations.
• Site‑appearance duties include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch.
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
• Valid, unrestricted US driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must reside within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from the location.
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
