Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Dedham

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as full time Automotive Detailers. This position is located at 260 Milton Street, Dedham, MA 02026. The role offers a consistent full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week and includes training and development opportunities.

Pay

The position pays $20 per hour, with the possibility of yearly merit increases based on performance, based on a 40‑hour work week.

Schedule

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Must be available 40 hours/week, including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• Branch hours: Sunday/Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm; Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Availability must fit within these hours

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior (cars, vans, trucks)
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current and matches license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks)
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
• At least 18 years old
