Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Columbia Ave - Part Time

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part-time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15.50 / hour based on a 25-hour workweek, with a pay increase to $16 / hour after 6 months of consecutive employment. This position is located at 2010 Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
li>Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield for damage, and reset/restore vehicle settings
• Inspect vehicles for customer items, verify registration, and ensure it matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exteriors for damage and report any safety concerns
• Fuel and stage vehicles
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, reporting any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting them to and from the branch
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interiors and exteriors
• Perform tasks such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping the lot

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English

• Wednesday: 7:30am-6pm
