Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - College Park - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team at 3891 Main St, College Park, GA 30337-3654. This full-time position focuses on upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry, ensuring vehicles meet exceptional safety and hygiene protocols for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Inspect vehicles for fuel level, warning lights, windshield damage, and customer items; place valuables in Lost & Found.
• Verify registration matches the license plate and is current.
• Check and replenish fluid levels; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exteriors for damage and report any safety concerns or warning lights.
• Fuel and stage vehicles; pull vehicles out of prep processing as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers and transport them to and from branches when needed.
• Maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and branch exteriors.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other daily cleanliness duties.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

$17 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.
