About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as full-time Automotive Detailers. This position is located at 9183B Central Avenue, Capitol Heights, MD 20743, and pays $18/hour with the opportunity for yearly merit increases based on performance. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors per Complete Clean Pledge standards.
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors.
  • Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
  • Check fuel levels, warning lights, and inspect windshields for damage.
  • Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
  • Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found.
  • Verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
  • Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
  • Inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
  • Fuel and stage vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Wear proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensure supplies are available.
  • Assist customers, including transporting them to and from the branch.
  • Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interiors and exteriors.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Satisfactory background check, including driving record (no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years), employment reference, education, and social security.
  • Under 25-minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location preferred.
  • At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
