Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Beaver Dam

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry, ensuring the health and safety of everyone. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols for customer rentals.

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network. We offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and other transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle; inspect for safety concerns and report any warning lights or damage
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations (e.g., desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot)
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
