Pay
- Base pay up to $17.50/hr (varies based on experience)
- Weekend premium pay: $2.50/hr for Saturday and Sunday shifts
Compensation decisions consider training, experience, work location, required travel, and external market conditions. Salary estimates on external job boards may not reflect the actual pay range offered.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and stock the automotive department
- Stock shelves with back stock product and incoming freight
- Set and remove ad prices, ensuring pricing accuracy
- Maintain displays and face shelved products
- Follow planograms and change floor plans as needed
- Clean retail area by dust mopping, removing trash, and picking up litter
- Use computers to determine product delivery and inventory levels
- Return excess product to the warehouse
- Move empty pallets to the warehouse and break down containers
- Attach security tags to appropriate products
- Assist in other departments as assigned
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
