Automotive Dealership Photographer

About the role

Titus-Will Automotive Group, established in 1938, is a family-owned business serving the South Sound area. The company is seeking a dependable Vehicle Inventory Photographer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photographs of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory using a company-issued iPhone
• Take multiple images of each vehicle according to company standards
• Upload photos to our online inventory management system
• Travel between dealership locations as needed, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Parkland, Sumner, Lacey, and Olympia
• Photograph additional vehicles, equipment, or items as assigned
• Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation, as travel between dealership locations is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; work is performed primarily outside on dealership lots
• Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles, walk dealership lots, and stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• Experience with photography equipment and software
• Knowledge of online inventory management systems
• Understanding of automotive industry practices

• Outdoor work experience

Benefits

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Monthly production bonus of $100 - $500 based on vehicles photographed
