Job Description Job Title: Automotive Customer Service Representative Location: 14455 Airline Hwy, Baton Rouge, United States, 70817 As an Automotive Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck customers in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersQC repairs before returning vehicle to GuestAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve othersMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customersValid state driver's licenseMeet required insurance driving record parametersEnjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality Ability to seek and accept coaching and directionAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity, and a philosophy of people first.
