Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional vehicle deliveries for all sold customers.
- Review vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and ownership benefits.
- Ensure customers are comfortable operating their new vehicle before leaving the dealership.
- Aid customers with Bluetooth pairing, mobile apps, navigation systems, and vehicle settings.
- Verify all delivery paperwork and customer information is complete.
- Create a memorable and exciting delivery experience.
- Conduct a complete service department tour for every customer.
- Introduce customers to service advisors, service management, and key dealership personnel.
- Explain maintenance schedules and service procedures.
- Schedule the customer's first service appointment before delivery whenever possible.
- Promote dealership service benefits and customer convenience programs.
- Help customers understand the long-term value of servicing their vehicle with the dealership.
- Serve as the dealership's ambassador for customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the importance of manufacturer satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain and improve dealership CSI scores and customer retention metrics.
- Track and report customer satisfaction trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Present vehicle accessories and ownership enhancement products during the delivery process.
- Recommend accessories based on the customer's vehicle usage and lifestyle.
- Follow up with previous customers regarding accessory upgrades and new product offerings.
- Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales departments to maximize accessory sales opportunities.
- Promote appearance packages, protection products, technology upgrades, truck accessories, performance accessories, and other dealership-approved products.
- Aid customers with ordering and installation scheduling.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the ownership cycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve dealership processes and customer experiences.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Service, Parts, and customers.
- Support dealership events, owner clinics, and customer appreciation programs.
- Ensure every customer leaves the dealership feeling valued, appreciated, and confident in their purchase decision.
