Automotive Cosmetic Inspector

About the role

We’re looking for Automotive Cosmetic Inspectors to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. The role involves identifying cosmetic imperfections and performing tasks like prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process
• May require additional tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat/cold)

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
