Automotive Collision Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on the latest repair methods for the vehicles sold and serviced by our dealerships
• Perform all body repairs according to the manufacturer’s guidelines
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Perform welding, body alignment, frame repairs and straightening body panels
• Communicate with parts to obtain needed parts
• Examine and advise if additional work is needed
• Attend factory sponsored training classes and keep current on I-car certifications
• Perform all body repairs according to estimate and supplement

Requirements

• Experience at journeyman level
• Knowledge of all aspects of body work including unibody and structural repairs, along with air bag systems, a/c and panel replacement
• Own tools
