Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic projects that will shape the future of the company
- Meet with Adjusters and Maintain Insurance/DRP Relationships
- Write and properly administer direct repair orders
- Prepare final billing for completed repair orders
- Prepare estimates in a timely manner
- Write competitive estimates
- Monitor work in process repairs
- Order parts as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
- Maintain daily customer updates
- Constant communication with the technicians and production
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of previous estimating experience
- CCCOne certification (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
