Abra is seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service Manager at our Elk River shop. Responsibilities

• Write complete and accurate estimates using relevant software programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
• Relate well to all customers and effectively communicate with them.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards for bodywork.
• Ensure all repairs are completed right the first time and on time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating and DRP guidelines.
• Excellent sales abilities and strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and handle fast-paced environments.
• Maintain a valid state driver's license for driving customer or company vehicles.
• ICAR training preferred.

Pay

Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience.

Schedule

Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need), Monday - Friday; No weekends.
