We are seeking a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding results. Previous automotive painting experience is REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who understands collision repair refinishing and can produce high-quality finishes in a professional shop environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation. Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate color matches. Apply automotive paints, primers, and clear coats using professional spray equipment. Inspect finished work to ensure a high-quality finish and color consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently with collision repair technician and other team members to meet production deadlines. Follow all safety procedures and paint manufacturer specifications. Qualifications Required: Previous professional automotive painting experience. Knowledge of collision repair refinishing techniques and paint application. Experience with paint mixing, color matching, and spray equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
