Kocourek Byrider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Collections Associate to support our CNAC financing program. In this role, you will help customers stay on track with their vehicle payments while contributing to the financial strength and stability of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions
• Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence
• Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately
• Possess a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries
• Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met
• Communicate potential risks or trends to management
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service background desired
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
• Familiarity with multiple computer software a plus
• Basic knowledge of lending and financing practices a plus
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed and every Saturday with a scheduled day off
