About the role

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Check-In Specialist for their new dealership in Orlando, FL, which is set to open in December 2026. This position involves working with the reconditioning team, ensuring that nearly-new, low-mileage vehicles are ready for sale through a 190-point mechanical and safety inspection and thorough cosmetic reconditioning.

Responsibilities

• Cosmetic inspections and quality assurance
• Photograph vehicles to ensure they are ready for sale
• Work in a high volume, team-based environment
• Operate vehicles accurately and safely throughout the lot
• Absorb and assist in the valet process as needed

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but an automotive background is preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Transparency, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of taking ownership
• Willingness to celebrate small successes and maintain a positive attitude
