Automotive Cashier

About the Role

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process transactions, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. College students are encouraged to apply!

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately 25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, and organized.
• Ability to multitask.

Pay

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour. Weekly pay.
