Responsibilities Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and other forms of payment. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare daily cash reports. Answer customer questions regarding billing and payment options. Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure seamless customer service. Assist with balancing cash drawers and reporting any discrepancies. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to handling cash and financial transactions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cashier or cash handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
