Automotive Body Technician

About the role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Body Technician to join their Collision team. Faulkner offers training and growth opportunities, having won 60+ Best Places to Work Awards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate collision damage and perform body repair on vehicles
• Test and check vehicles to determine structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage
• Work with estimators to determine repair costs
• Perform repairs such as straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents, and refinishing metal

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive collision training preferred
• 5+ years of collision repair experience
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• High productivity with high-quality work
• Strong detail orientation
• Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
• Ability to bend, stand, lift, and reach
