About the role
The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Body Technician to join their Collision team. Faulkner offers training and growth opportunities, having won 60+ Best Places to Work Awards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate collision damage and perform body repair on vehicles
- Test and check vehicles to determine structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage
- Work with estimators to determine repair costs
- Perform repairs such as straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents, and refinishing metal
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive collision training preferred
- 5+ years of collision repair experience
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- High productivity with high-quality work
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
- Ability to bend, stand, lift, and reach
